Q: Where does Ophie ship from?
All orders are packed with care and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is on request.
If you wish to ship Ophie outside Thailand, please contact us directly at hello@ophieofficial.com with your desired products and destination.
We will provide a custom shipping quote based on weight, size, and country before you confirm your order.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Ophie perfumes come in 10ml, 30ml, and 50ml bottles. The 3ml size is available exclusively as part of the Ophie Discovery Set — a curated way to explore all four scents before choosing your favorite.
Q: Do you sell individual samples?
At launch, samples are only available through the Ophie Discovery Set.
Q: Are Ophie perfumes unisex?
Yes. Every Ophie fragrance is designed for all genders.
Q: How long do Ophie perfumes last on skin?
Our Eau de Parfum concentrations (12–20%) are crafted for balance, typically lasting 4–8 hours depending on the scent, your skin, and environment.

Q: How should I store my perfume?
Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. This helps preserve the scent’s quality over time.
Q: Do Ophie perfumes expire?
Fragrances remain beautiful for several years if stored properly. To enjoy them at their best, we recommend using them within 3 years of opening.
Q: Are Ophie perfumes cruelty-free?
Yes. Ophie never tests on animals.
Q: Are Ophie perfumes safe to use?
Yes. Our perfumes are crafted in line with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards and registered with Thailand’s FDA. As with all perfumes, avoid spraying into eyes or on broken skin.
Q: What if I have allergies?
If you have known sensitivities, we recommend testing on a small patch of skin first. Ingredient details are available on each product page.

Q: Do you accept returns?
For safety and hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for clear photos or a short video of the package at the time of opening.
