At Ophie, every perfume is made and packed with great care.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a perfume has been opened.
Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns only if:

Photos or a short video of the package when opened
Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or refund.
